 Grate cooler distribution
Under the conditions of ensuring high-quality, safe and high-quality operation of the kiln, clinker cooling is ensured. Through the adjustment of the air distribution of the grate cooler fan and the rational use of wind in the kiln process, heat is increased as much as possible for the waste heat power generation wind.
 
 Thermal system optimization
Through the thermal system calculation software, the original boiler heating surface is adjusted, and the original thermal system is optimized to fully and efficiently utilize the waste heat resources.Through the transformation projects completed by the company, the company's unique technological transformation technology has been formed.

 Grate cooler circulation wind technology
The grate cooler circulating air technology is to recover the heat of 80~100°C flue gas discharged from the existing kiln-head AQC boiler, and is combined with the grate cooler clinker cooling technology. It is the existing waste heat power generation technology transformation to improve the power generation load.An effective way, especially to overcome the low external environment in winter, to reduce the impact of power generation load effective measures.

 Kiln shell waste heat reuse technology

Using fluid transport technology to systematically analyze and study the test data, combine the fluid dynamics characteristics of the system, design energy-saving technological transformation programs, and design the energy-saving technological transformation program by correcting the unfavorable factors existing in the system, and according to the best working condition parameters.Customized “high-efficiency energy-saving pumps” replace the pumps that are currently in unfavorable operating conditions and operate at low efficiency, eliminating “inefficient energy consumption”, improving transmission efficiency, and achieving the best energy-saving effect.
 
 High efficiency vacuum system
